Richard Olver, CEO of Ondat, has repeat experience in building high-performance cross-functional teams to bring new and innovative technologies to market, most recently StackRox acquired by Red Hat IBM. Previous to this, Richard led international teams at CrowdStrike, Tanium, and Salesforce.com, scaling from zero to BN $ exits including IPO. Richard has a degree in Mechanical Engineering in German, invests in, and advises a number of European-based startups.

Alex is a founder and CTO of Ondat (formerly StorageOS), building software-defined solutions for cloud-native environments. Alex is also a co-chair of the CNCF Storage TAG (previously SIG). Before embarking on the startup adventure he spent over 25 years engineering infrastructure platforms for companies like Nomura and Goldman Sachs.

James is the CPO of Ondat. He comes from a technical background, having led large software development teams at Microsoft, and worked for the AWS and Azure Product Teams in architecture, marketing and business development roles. Since then, he has been helping companies build high performing sales and sales engineering teams as well as creating and driving their Products and GTMs in cloud and cyber security.

Richa is VP of Marketing at Ondat. She has built marketing, sales, and customer success teams at early-stage tech companies across APAC and EMEA in the security, SaaS, and consumer tech industries. Most recently, she led the sales and marketing functions at SaaS startup TalentDesk.io, and prior to that, created a new line of business for CRM & Lifecycle Marketing at Happy Marketer, an agency subsequently acquired by Dentsu International.
